At Burchda Bikes, we stand by the quality of our performance electric cycles and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every rider is completely satisfied with their gear and provide a streamlined process for all equipment returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Carefully disassemble the bike and secure it in the original factory box with all included tools, chargers, and manuals to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
