How long does shipping take for a Burchda bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping via freight takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Does my e-bike arrive fully assembled?
Your Burchda bike arrives approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the included tool kit and instruction manual.
What is the range of a single battery charge?
Depending on the model, rider weight, and terrain, you can expect a range of 40-60 miles in pedal-assist mode and 25-35 miles in pure electric mode.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The bike must be in its original packaging and have less than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
Are Burchda bikes waterproof?
Our bikes are IP54 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or washed with high-pressure hoses.
